Riding the short funicular to the top of Castle Hill is a nice way to get a sweeping view of the Chain Bridge leading into central Pest.

The
funicular starts at the base of the
Castle Hill just across the Chain Bridge in Buda, at Clark Adam Ter. The ride costs around 450 Forints for an adult, though it's cheaper for a child. The ride takes a few minutes and takes you straight up to Szent Gyorgy ter near to the Hungarian Royal Palace and a short walk from
Fishermans Bastion.
